What a fast rental experience we had! Appointments were lined up quickly and we were able to save time by viewing many rentals during one appointment. Even received a beautiful birthday card during the process! Highly recommend!!

I am so happy to share my recent experience, working with Chris and Brenda in securing my rented home. On Monday, Jan 16, I went out to find somewhere to rent and my first stop was Keller Williams Realtor. Chris Walker was the Agent I had the good fortune of speaking with. He was a good listener and very understanding to what I needed. After taking the relevant information from me, he showed me 2 units and after deciding on the one I preferred, Chris completed all of the applications needed at the time. I inquired as to how long the process normally takes for approval. Chris informed me that the approval and background check process can take anywhere from 10 days to 2 weeks, so I left his office assuming that I would know for sure by the end of the month. To my surprise, by Friday, 4 days later, I was approved by the property owner, the HOA, background check cleared and all payments were made. I must also mentioned that Chris left his office and drove 30 minutes to come to my job just to drop off the necessary signed forms and collected the payments to make the deposit on my behalf because I was at work and could not leave to make the payment myself. Exactly 1 week later I can say that I received the keys to my new Efficiency and have already moved in. In saying all of this I would highly recommend Chris and Brenda whether it be for your home sale or purchase or if you looking for a somewhere to rent. They are honest, friendly and very efficient. I was recommended Sofia through a good friend of mine and I cannot be happier with my experience. She was so supportive and eager to find me the perfect place to rent with all my wants and within my budget. I def was not an easy client but she never backed down. Just graduated from college and had to move down from Georgia to PSL for my first job. Chris and Brenda Walker are the most amazing real agents my wife and I have experienced in our near 10 moves in 4 different states. We came upon them as a complete accident when we were touring some open houses in the Port St. Lucie, FL area. just so happens that they were the agents for two of the homes we visited. Although, none of the homes we toured suited our needs, they listens to every word we said and actually visualized what we were looking for. Brenda immediately thought of another home that wasn’t far away. This home was having an open house that was about to come to an end. Chris and Brenda asked if we can ask the agent to stay there a bit longer, would we be interested in seeing it. We said heck yea !!! When we walked through the doors and about 15’ in, my wife said …”This is it, I don’t need to go any further, make an offer”. I said … “Don’t you want to see the rest” … She said “No”.
