My husband John and I are delighted with Chris Walker's handling of our complicated real estate transactions. We, along with John's 2 sisters, had inherited several undeveloped commercial lots in Port St Lucie after his mother's death 9 years ago. We and John's sisters all live in different states and had no use for these lots. His sisters had been trying to sell them for years. When we contacted Chris he developed a plan that included detailed explanation of where the lots were located, the history of similar lots, possible complications that could affect the sales, and a marketing strategy. The sisters agreed to use Chris as our real estate agent and within 4 months of his listing the properties all the lots were sold.
